PAY IT FORWARD
Annually, PADESTA sponsors the “Pay It Forward” ASTA National Conference program. This program was generously started by a committed member of PADESTA for the purpose of paying the registration fee for the ASTA National Conference.
MEMBER AWARDS
Each year PADESTA awards members and businesses that are outstanding in our profession for their exceptional work. Award winners are honored at our annual PADESTA Membership Luncheon, hosted at the PMEA In-Service Conference each spring.
ORCHESTRA EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP
Every June PADESTA awards our annual PADESTA Orchestra Education Scholarship to a deserving graduating high school senior who will be attending college for a degree in music education.
MINI-GRANT PROGRAM
Grant funding has been awarded for projects such as establishment of youth orchestras, instrument festivals, fiddle camps, chamber music camps, partnerships, and master classes given by guest artists.
REGIONAL WORKSHOPS
PADESTA Hosts Regional Workshops throughout the year to allow for professional development and networking opportunities for our members.
